He focuses essentially on Corporate law – Economic Law (Bankruptcy law, company and association law, law of commercial contracts, and market practice law) and Notarial law – Private wealth law (law of successions, matrimonial regimes and regimes applicable to unmarried couples, estate planning, real estate law, tenancy law).
He has recognized experience in all these matters.

She has a Master’s Degree in private wealth law – with specialization in family law, from the (French-speaking) Free University of Brussels (2009, Magna Cum Laude), and a Supplementary Master’s Degree in Notarial Studies from the same university (2011, Magna Cum Laude).
She is the author of several publications in her areas of expertise.
She has been an assistant at the (French-speaking) Free University of Brussels (Legal Methodology Course) since 2009. She has also been responsible for the practical exercises in testamentary disposition or succession in the same university since 2018.

A lawyer at the Brussels Bar since 1 July 2006, she embarked on her career in various firms of international scope and renown, before joining Simon & Partners in 2018.
She deals essentially with cases relating to Corporate law, with particular proficiency in judicial law.
She holds an LLM from the Catholic University of Louvain (2006, Magna cum Laude), and is the author of many publications in her areas of expertise.
Cécile has been an assistant in Judicial Law and guest lecturer at the Catholic University of Louvain since 2006. She also gives the course on notarial judicial law in the same university.
She also takes part in many colloquia in a speaking capacity.
